We started out late July taking the kids to Tuscora Park to ride some rides and have fun. We went with our friends the Davies' family. Brady and Olivia's first ride on a roller coaster. Brady said he would do it again but not Olivia. After that we headed to the Akron Zoo for a Princess and Pirate theme night. All the kids had a fun night playing in bouncy houses, checking out the animals and making crafts.
Early Aug. we headed to Wisconsin to visit Mark's side of the family. We stopped in Madsion for a trip to the Henry Villas Zoo . The next day we made our way to Tomah to see all the family. After a few days we left there and made a stop near Chicago to visit the Legoland Discovery Center. The kids were amazed with all the life size things made of Lego's. Shortly after leaving Tomah Brady had informed me that he had pulled out his own tooth while I was driving so as soon as we made a stop I took his picture. The tooth fairy left him $2 after we made it back home.
Mid Aug. we made our way to Cleveland Browns Stadium to watch the Browns practice. Brady got his football signed by Colt McCoy. He was really excited.
Brady has started playing Soccer. He is really enjoying it and it is a perfect outlet for all his energy. So far he has had 2 games and is getting the hang of trying to get the ball and make a score.
Football season has started here and we attended the Massillon Football Pep Rally. We got our picture taken with Obie the mascot and the kids had their picture taken with the Live Obie in her cage.
Last but not least we end Summer with the start of school. Brady had his first day of Kindergarten last week. He woke up that day like it was any other day. We got him ready and dropped him off at school He was so excited to get in there and play. I don't think we even got a "Goodbye" from him. After school Morgan and I were waiting outside for him. When he came out and saw us he was so excited to see us. Morgan had missed her "bubba". I tried to ask him how his day was and I only got bits and pieces. I am sure once he is going more often he will tell me more. He did tell me he ran into some friends he had made last year and they wanted to do a play date.
So here is our busy summer in pictures. We hope everyone is doing well. Everyone here is good, the kids are growing like weeds and we are sad to see the nice weather going away. Soon we will have snow on the ground complaining it's to cold.
