This winter has been pretty brutal on everyone so before Christmas Mark and I decided to take an early Spring Break trip. So last week we packed up the car and headed down to Tennessee for a little vacation. While down there we spent a few days with Mark's Mom and Step-Dad then made our way to Nashville. We had a great time. We would like to Thank Nancy and Fred for their wonderful hospitality and letting us stay with them while we were down there. It was great to spend some time with you and plan on coming down again soon.
While in TN we went to a Model Train Show, enjoyed a concert at the Grand Ole Opry, walked through the Nashville Zoo, visited the Dukes of Hazard Museum and Ernest Tubb Museum. We also spent some time at the Opry Mills Mall and some local restaurants including TGI Friday's, The Aquarium and the Caney Fork Fish Camp. There is so much to see and do in and around the Nashville area we will for sure be going back. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Here are some pictures from our trip.
Brady had more fun playing with the Thomas the Tank table than looking at the model trains
